1| Employment issues- Not everyone can work remote. The CDC and OSHA have set forth proper guidelines for addressing COVID-19, including proper postering at jobsites. What information should these posters include? Where should they be posted? English and              Spanish? Notice of a COVID infection?

2| With the little ones returning to school, whether virtually or in-person, where does that leave employers and employees? With the CARES Act, paid sick leave, and FMLA all factoring in, what can you do to protect your business?

3| What happens when an employee gets sick? Workers’ Compensation was established to provide relief for employees injured at work, but does it cover COVID-19? Can an employee prove he/she contracted it at work? Does that even matter?

4| If bodily injury and disease are included in your indemnity provisions, how do you respond to indemnity requests for COVID-19? How can indemnity provisions protect you?

5| How do you address sticky topics such as releasing names, contact tracing, and HIPAA rules? Can you terminate an employee for lying about symptoms? What is the COVID Honor System?
