In this training we will present an overview of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and its uses. Participants will understand CPM concepts and the advantages of using logic to plan the work. Participants will also be exposed to common and potential reports they can use to manage the work.

Meet the Expert
Aegis founding partner Brant Camp provides more than two decades of construction management experience to his clients. A recognized expert in the field of Critical Path method scheduling, Mr. Camp's work in CPM scheduling and management spans all types of construction from missile magazines to multi-building campuses. Mr. Camp's experience is equally diverse, having served as a Civil Engineer Corps officer, federal contracting officer, MEP Coordinator, QC manager, CPM schedules, and attorney with a focus solely on construction disputes. Mr. Camp created preliminary schedules, full baseline cost and resource loaded schedules and has represented designers, construction managers, owners, general contractors, and sub-contractors in all phases of construction.
TEXO reserves the right to cancel all or part of the above training up to 30 days prior to the scheduled event based on attendance numbers. A minimum of five people needs to be registered for this event to be held.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the start date of the activity will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made seven days or fewer prior to the start date of the activity, no refund but substitutions may be made.

If a registered attendee is unable to attend the class, a substitution can be made.
